No. Everything is handled through video sessions and Digital Twin walkthroughs, and site visits in Dubai at key milestones can be included in the scope.
Can you work with my Dubai contractor?
Yes. We prepare drawings, specifications and a BOQ that your contractor or fit-out company builds from, and we coordinate with them.
How are fees calculated?
Fees are quoted per square metre and agreed after your Concept Session, so you know the full cost before you commit.
