Before You Book
Can you design my home without visiting it?
Yes. You send plans, photos and measurements, and we build a 3D Digital Twin of your space. You approve every room before drawings are issued.
Can my local contractor build from your drawings?
Yes. You receive construction-ready drawings, specifications and a BOQ your contractor can price and build from.
Is the Concept Session fee credited?
Yes. The $250 is credited in full to your design package when you start within 60 days.
Are your fees lower than GCC studios?
Our fees are set by scope and deliverables, not location. You receive GCC-standard 3D visualisation, technical drawings and specifications, delivered remotely.
